"To me, fearless is not the absence of fear. It’s not being completely unafraid. To me, fearless is having fears. Fearless is having doubts. Lots of them. To me, fearless is living in spite of those things that scare you to death. Fearless is falling madly in love again, even though you’ve been hurt before. Fearless is getting back up and fighting for what you want over and over again, even though every time you’ve tried before, you’ve lost. It’s fearless to have faith that someday things will change. Fearless is having the courage to say goodbye to someone who only hurts you, even if you can’t breathe without them. And when someone apologizes to you enough times for things they’ll never stop doing, I think it’s fearless to stop believing them. I think loving someone despite what people think is fearless. I think allowing yourself to cry on the bathroom floor is fearless. Letting go is fearless. Then, moving on and being alright, that’s fearless too. But no matter what love throws at you, you have to believe in it because I think love is fearless."

This night is flawless.
This week I was lucky enough to see my absolute idol, Taylor Swift, in concert in Birmingham. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was one of the most memorable nights of my life and I'd been looking forward to it for sooooo long!
These are some of the pictures that I took, but I don't think they really do the show justice. One of the things that I love about Taylor is her involvement with the crowd and that she actually treats her fans with respect, and being as close to the front as what my friend and I were, we managed to get the full impact of it. Another amazing bonus about being so close was that I caught a guitar pick that was thrown out into the crowd! Honestly, I nearly passed out and will without a doubt treasure it for the rest of my life haha. If I had to choose I would say my favourite performance was Enchanted not only because it's my favourite song on the Speak Now album, but also because the set, the violins and Taylor's dress were all absolutely beautiful. I also loved Long Live simply because to hear a song with those type of lyrics, performed in front of 10,000 people is a pretty magical experience.
All that I have left to say, is that my obsession with Taylor Swift (yes, I would go so far as to say it is a slight obsession) has only grown. I really do hope that I manage to get tickets to her next tour as it was an incredible night that I'll never forget.
Much love xoxo

Icon. Mary-Kate & Ashley Olsen
Ok, so I've decided that every month or so I'm going to do a post about the people who I look up to with fashion, music, lifestyle, everything. I thought I'd start off with Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen seeing as they are the only people that I was a fan of when I was younger that I still love to this day. I used to be completely obsessed with their TV shows and films back in the day and I kind of feel like I've grown up alongside them as cheesy as that sounds.
So here are a few of my favourite pictures of them, thanks for reading.
Much love xoxo

He wishes for the Cloths of Heaven
He wishes for the Cloths of Heaven
Had I the heavens' embroidered cloths,
Enwrought with golden and silver light,
The blue and and the dim and the dark cloths
Of night and light and the half-light,
I would spread the cloths under your feet;
But I, being poor, have only my dreams;
I have spread my dreams under your feet;
Tread softly because you tread on my dreams.

Lusting
Miu Miu shoes have always been a complete obsession of mine. I always seem to spend hours in Selfridges merely staring at them and then leaving feeling depressed because I can't afford to buy a pair. I love how girly and quirky they always are, and they are perfect for the summer. The shoes featured here are from the latest collection at net-a-porter.com and they vary in price from £175 - £355. If I had to choose, I would probably say my favourites are the pink platform stilettos simply because of how much they stand out but I also love the silver brogues because of how different they are, and because they kind of remind me of Dorothy's shoes from The Wizard Of Oz!
I have it in my head now that I'm going to save up for a pair of Miu Miu shoes, especially as I'll be going to London in the summer and plan on taking a trip to the new store in Mayfair whilst I'm there. But if I actually manage to do it, it will be nothing short of a miracle!

Making a wish
'Make a wish and place it in your heart. Anything you want. Everything you want. Do you have it? Good.
Now believe it can come true. You never know where the next miracle is going to come from, the next smile, the next wish come true. But if you believe that it is right around the corner and open your heart and mind to the possibility of it, to the certainty of it, you might just get the thing you're wishing for. The world is full of magic. You just have to believe in it.
So make your wish. Do you have it? Good. Now believe in it. With all your heart.'

Don't be a drag, just be a queen.
Ok, so if there is anyone in the world that I could see inside the mind of, it would without question be Lady Gaga. From the moment that she burst onto the music scene in early 2009, she has been an icon of mine and with the her latest music video for 'Born This Way' having been released last night, I was ridiculously inspired to write this post.
As is always the case with Gaga, I just did not know what to expect and when I first began watching the video I felt as though I was watching some bizarre Star Trek thing. I don't know why I felt that way seeing as I've never watched Star Trek before in my life but oh well, the mind works in mysterious ways. But after listening to Mother Monster speak her wise words, I was completely absorbed by it all and my love for Gaga reached new heights. Not only is she a musical genius, but she also stands up for what she believes in, and love her or hate her, you have to at least respect her for that.
On a more shallow note, she looks incredible in the video and I wish I had her abs!
Right, so seeing as its the first of March, I'm off now to turn my page of my Lady Gaga Monster Ball Tour Calendar and embrace my inner 'monster'.
Here's the link to the video if you haven't watched it already
Much love little monsters
