Outfit Post 1.

Right, so my first outfit post. This dress is definitely one of my favourite items of clothing that I own. I got it last year from River Island before this Christmas party that I was invited to but somehow I've found quite a few occassions to wear it since. As you can probably see, it's leather with silver embellishment on the left shoulder. Thankfully it has a lining inside as I'm not a great fan of the whole 'leather-sticking-to-your-skin' feeling. It's pretty dressy and isn't really one of those pieces that you can dress-down as well as dress-up but I love it nonetheless.

I think the weirdest feeling in the world is when you look at your reflection in a mirror and you look for a long time and just think about yourself. You start to doubt that you're really yourself.

It's not very often I get completely obsessed with a piece of clothing but I have to say this is definitely the case with this dress and skirt from All Saints. It may not be the most practical item of clothing as I honestly felt like I was weight lifting when I took it off the hanger, but who cares when it looks that amazing?!

Icon. Mollie King

So for my second post of this sort I've decided to feature one of my style icons, Mollie King from girlband The Saturdays. I honestly don't think I've ever seen her wear something that I haven't liked and her type of style is exactly the type I immediately get drawn towards when I go shopping. As the pictures above show, she is influenced by 1960s fashion which is my favourite fashion decade. I'm also completely obsessed with her hair and often find myself trying to copy various hairstyles of hers but more often than not, failing miserably. To round it all off, she always comes across as a genuinely nice person as well which I think is quite refreshing compared to other celebrities.
